The main aim of the project was to evaluate and disseminate the impact of international mobility experiences within EU programmes on personal and professional development, employability, autonomy and awareness of European citizenship.
It also aimed to disseminate and exploit existent case studies, good practices, positive changes among former participants, partners within and outside the consortium (enterprises, public institutions, NGOs) acting as promoters, hosting, sending or intermediary partners, interested in improving the quality of their work.

The role of the Intercultural Institute of Timisoara was to coordinate and elaborate the research regarding the impact of the international mobility in participants’ life.
