Basic Needs Survey

In order to identify the opinions and training needs of coordinators and members of European project teams with regards to intercultural communication the InterTool team has designed a questionnaire.

We are still interested in getting additional answers in order to validate our work. Therefore, if you are, or have been involved in a European project, please share with us your opinion and experience. You may do it by filling-in the online questionnaire or by downloading it and sending it through email at the address indicated.

The second phase of the needs analysis consisted in interviewing project managers in order to identify more specific elements about the way the cultural diversity of the team impacts on the project implementation. Here you can see a synthesis of the results of the interviews.
